Kessel Run
Three years at Kessel Run, the US Air Force’s software factory, shipping in short cycles beside the operators who use the software. I drove 70% adoption of a net-new enterprise product, built partnerships with USSF Space Camp, NASA NAMIS and Air Combat Command that saved $1M+ a year in software acquisition, and was forward deployed to Hawaii as Indo-Pacom Liaison Officer, coordinating 16+ product teams.
